Chop up whatever vegetables and protein you have, add an egg or two, and a drizzle of gluten-free soy sauce. Your meal is done in about 15 minutes. 604 calories per serving. Pro tip: I prefer using a wok (cast iron works). Since it needs to be extremely hot, have every ingredient chopped and ready to fry.
